Theresa Simons, the Water and Sewer
Collector is available from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM at 46 Main Street, Franklin,
NJ 07416. She can be reached by calling 973-827-9280X118 and will
assist you with all your billing questions.
Brian VanDenBroek, Supervisor of the
DPW Division of Water and Sewer can be reached at 973/827-7060. Mr.
VanDerBroek can assist you with any questions you have regarding water
meters, water/sewer connections or to report a water main leak or sewer line
blockage.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
The Franklin Borough Water & Sewer
Department is
now accepting credit card payments. There are 2 options that are available
to the taxpayers.
First, payments can be made by calling an 800 number * 1-800-272-9829. Just
follow the key prompts, they will walk you through the system, at one point
they will ask for a jurisdiction code which is needed, the number is 4047
for Franklin Borough.
Second, payments can be accepted by the Internet. The Web Site is as
follows:

There are 6 easy steps for this procedure, the following credit cards are
accepted - American Express, MasterCard, and Discover Card. There will
be a nominal fee charged for this service by Official Payments Corporation. |

Beginning Monday, July 10, 2006, delinquent
water bills over 60 days will be subject to termination of water service.

BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS
The Board of Public Works meets on the
first Tuesday of every other month at 7:00 PM at the Municipal Building on 46
Main Street, Franklin, NJ. Meetings are scheduled in advance for the
year and therefore meetings may be cancelled due to lack of new business or
quorum. It is suggested that you call the Clerk to confirm
meetings.
