PARKING PERMIT  RENEWALS

Yearly permits for the Main Street Parking Lot must be renewed by July 1st. of every year. Permits are required for overnight parking in the lot.  Applications can be mailed along with a copy of the vehicles registration, owners drivers license, proof of insurance and a stamped, self-addressed envelope.  Permits are free to residents however your drivers license must reflect your address location in Franklin; if it has a different address; you must bring a utility bill or lease with your Franklin address as proof of residency.  Out of town applicants will be charged $50.00 per year and commercial vehicles will be charged $200.00.  Visitor Permits are now available at a fee of $10.00 for up to 7 days.
